In large saucepan or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Stir in onion; cook, covered, until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, green peppers, garlic, paprika and smoked sausage; simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
