Ingredients:
  • 1 lb (500 g) Ontario Asparagus
  • 1 Ontario Greenhouse Tomato, diced
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) crumbled Ontario Feta Cheese
  • 2 tbsp (25mL)low-fat Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
Preparation:
Steam or grill asparagus until tender crisp. Place on large platter. Garnish with diced tomato and feta cheese. Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
