Part of the province’s Pick Ontario Freshness strategy
The Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs’ Savour Ontario program is part of the province’s Pick Ontario Freshness strategy, which encourages and assists consumers in choosing locally grown and produced foods. Savour Ontario was developed in consultation with the Ministry of Tourism and the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation, and is designed to promote the bounty of Ontario’s fresh, high quality foods featured in fine and vacation dining restaurants.
