Strawberry Cheesecake Shake
The secret to tasty milkshakes is using ice-cold ingredients and serving them in chilled glasses.

- 3 cups (750 mL) Ontario Strawberries, halved
- 2 cups (500 mL) light vanilla ice cream
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) 2% milk
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) light spreadable cream cheese
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp (5 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 4 Ontario Strawberries
- Gay Lea Whipped Cream (optional)

In blender, combine strawberries, ice cream, milk, cream cheese, graham crumbs and lemon juice; process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides occasionally. Serve each shake garnished with a strawberry and whipped cream.
