Makes 4 servings of 2 bundles each |

large leaves Ontario Boston Lettuce |

can (6.5 oz/184 g) flaked ham |
| ½
cup (125 mL) |
grated Swiss cheese |
| 1/4
cup (50 mL) |
chopped Ontario Celery |
| 1/4
cup (50 mL) |
mayonnaise |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) |
sweet pickle relish |
| 1 tsp (5 mL) |
prepared mustard |
| 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) |
pepper |
Set aside 8 large lettuce leaves for bundles. Mix together
remaining ingredients. Spoon evenly into centre of each lettuce
leaf. Bring up all sides of lettuce to cover filling and fold
sides and ends to make a small bundle. Secure with a toothpick.
Cover and chill until serving time. Remove toothpicks and
serve with edge side down.
